The replacement kit is the SeaStar HK6400A-3 Hydraulic Steering Kit without Hoses and the SeaStar Outboard Hydraulic Steering Hose Kit in the required length.
This discontinued SeaStar hydraulic steering kit handles single and dual non-power assisted outboard engines up to 350 HP, or 700 combined HP for counter-rotating duals. The low-friction system works well on cruisers, runabouts, center consoles, and offshore fishing boats at speeds up to 60-MPH. The package includes the HC5345-3 cylinder, HH5271-2 helm, hoses, fittings, two quarts of steering fluid, bleeder kit, and instructions. The compact helm features a 4-7/16" footprint requiring only a 3" dash hole with a standard 3/4" tapered shaft. Requires 5-turns lock-to-lock with 1.7 helms and meets ABYC standards and NMMA certification requirements. Dual engine installations require a separate tie bar kit.
