Taylor Made Standard Mooring Whips w/ Fixed Angle Base
Taylor Made Mooring Whips are an economical and safe way to protect your boat against costly dockside and seawall damage. The mooring whip system pulls your boat a safe, convenient distance away from the dock thereby protecting it from the damaging forces of waves, wind, tides, and wake. These mooring whips are made of high quality solid fiberglass poles, aluminum-magnesium base units, tips, and mooring whip lines.
Features:
- Designed for fresh or salt water use, moderate wake areas, and minimal tide areas
- Commonly used for ski boats, runabouts, center consoles, and bass boats
- 13/16" Diameter high-quality solid fiberglass mooring poles
- Aluminum-magnesium fixed angle base units with 60 degree angle
- Comes complete with all of the hardware necessary for installation
- Sold in pairs
Includes:
- (2) Fixed angle aluminum-magnesium bases
- (2) Solid two-part tapered fiberglass mooring whip poles with roller tips (The MW.080 model consists of two one-piece poles)
- (6) Stainless steel 3/8" bolts, nuts, and washers
- (2) 5/16" solid braid nylon mooring whip lines to be used with poles
- (2) Black whip cleats (with neoprene strips) for whip line adjustment
- (2) 3/8" Nylon dock lines
- (1) Epoxy adhesive packet (not needed for the MW.080 model)
- (1) 5/32" Hex key
